We are in need of an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Business Partner for the Latin America region reporting to the Head of People Operations. As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in driving the HR strategy, managing employee relations, talent development and coaching, program/initiatives (e.g. performance management, comp, training, etc.), and fostering a positive and inclusive work culture. This position will have a primary focus on the LATAM region working with key departments across the organization, and supporting global HR client groups and programs where needed.
 
Location: This role is a hybrid role (2-3 times a week in the office) based out of Mexico City, Mexico.

Job Responsibilities:

    • Partner with business teams as their main HR contact for coaching and managing the full employee lifecycle in partnership with the People Team to maximize employee engagement and business execution. 
    • Focus on manager coaching, organizational design, change leadership & communication, and talent management. 
    • Influence business and talent initiatives that support our short and long-term business goals, including driving practices that enable high performance and operational excellence.
    • Recommend, develop, and implement new HR processes as required to further and scale the business.
    • Provide counsel and guidance on Employee Relations situations.
    • Lead core HR processes (eg, performance calibration, compensation review cycle, promotions). 
    • Influence and/or deploy practices to increase employee engagement and satisfaction
    • Model and reinforce our cultural values 

Requirements:

    • 7+ years experience in an HRBP role or in combination as an HR Generalist
    • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business or similar field
    • Superb communication skills, including effective facilitation, listening and writing 
    • Ability to express thoughts in a clear and concise manner
    • Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem solving and decision making skills
    • Effective coaching skills, strong business acumen, and ability to influence colleagues at all levels of the organization
    • Knowledge of HR programs and practices, including applicable state and federal employment laws and regulations within the LATAM region 
    • Fluent in English and Spanish. Jeeves is a global company and English is the language we use internally to communicate between regions. Portuguese is a plus.
